On the western tip of Jamaica, the cliffs of Negril offer tourists an unusual spectacle. The rhythm of dives, twists and somersaults, charismatic athletes climb a dead tree before diving in to more than 35 feet above the water.

Nicknamed the birdman because he flies from the highest branch, the most respected diver pushes the limits of danger by putting his life in. In addition to stand by his performance, he plunges into a loneliness that made him a character of its own.
